Cancellation Policies

From time of deposit to April 13, 2012, $50 per person
From April 14 to May 2, 2012, total deposit.
From May 3 to May 29, 2012, 50% of total fare.
From May 30 to June 11, 2012, 75% of total fare.
From June 12 to sailing, 100% of total fare.

Cancellation fees apply to the entire cruise booking, including cruise fare, port charges and government fees, air add-ons, ground transfers, and other elements included in the Square Dance Cruise cost.

Name changes require the prior approval of Holland America and may not always be possible. Cruise Contracts are nontransferable. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
