| Try a nice getaway, close to home! Just 2-1/2 hrs from PDX is Hood Canal. Alderbrook Resort has great packages! Excellent food, great spa, very nice rooms! I love this place!... |

River Rafting Fun!

| I just came back from my first river rafting experience on the Deschutes River in Maupin, Oregon. What an incredibly fun trip!Mostly class 3 rapids, with 1 class 4....great for beginners such as myself! I have to admit, I thought it would be fun, but didn'tknow it could become addictive! We're already planning one more trip before the end of the summer. There are cute little motels to stay in Maupin, but the best is definitely the Imperial River Co. Good... |
