Fredericks has been tapped to head the agency's cruise sales efforts and will also play a role in corporate business development. Throughout his career, Fredericks was the recipient of numerous honors including Salesperson of the Year in the Western Division, Salesperson of the Year in the Northwest Region, Account Executive of the Year in Portland, and several awards of merit.
